If you haven’t been on a
narrow boat before, you may
be surprised that hot and cold running water, flushing
toilets, central heating, showers or even small baths,
sprung mattresses and fridges are available on every boat.
In addition, many boats feature freezers, microwaves,
colour TV and CD players. There’s even a 12V plug point
so if you can charge your mobile and camcorder from
your car, you can certainly do it on the boat.
When +2 is shown with the layout this indicates an
additional 2 berths are made up by converting the
dining area to a double, or in some cases, 2 single
berths. Each layout has a weekly price band number
and a short break price band letter which refer to the
holiday prices.
